ATLANTA (February 11, 2026) – Ameris Bank is celebrating the grand opening of a new branch in Blountstown, Florida, located at 17214 Main Street North. Serving customers in Calhoun and Liberty counties, the new branch replaces the previous Ameris location at 16763 Southeast Pear Street and offers retail banking, business banking and mortgage lending services.
The new downtown location aligns with Ameris Bank’s longstanding commitment to the Blountstown community. Choate Construction led construction of the branch, designed to honor the historic elements of the area. The branch will continue to employ five people. Ameris opened the previous branch in 2015.
